A custom site, never a template, made for phones first and quick to load. It is built to turn visitors into calls, texts and quote requests, in English, Spanish or both. We set up the domain, hosting, security certificate and your Google Business Profile. You own the code, the domain and the accounts. We hand over the keys and keep a spare only if you want us to keep looking after it.

Google Ads and Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ad accounts are in your name, so you see everything we see. We set up call and form tracking so you know where people came from. We will never promise rankings or results. You see the account, the spend and the tracking, all of it.

About us
Two owners who run a back office every day. One engineer who builds.
Dalmatian Consulting is owned by Vanessa Guerrero and Dani Lopez. Today they run the back office of a local landscape company: its business finances, its systems and its customer service. Now they bring that same work, plus websites, ads and custom systems, to more businesses in West Michigan.

Vanessa Guerrero
Vanessa started in banking at the teller counter and worked her way up to the accounting team. A decade in, she is a financial analyst at a larger Midwest bank, with an MBA in Finance. She knows banking from the teller line to the ledger. She also co-owns Dalmatian Real Estate, a local real estate company, so she knows what it takes to keep a small business's books and bills in order. Here, she keeps the numbers clear and honest.

Daniela "Dani" Lopez
Dani is bilingual in English and Spanish, with many years in customer service and a banking background at several financial institutions. Today she is also the senior transaction processor at Dalmatian Real Estate, a local real estate company. Here, Dani leads client experience: customer service, onboarding, communication in both languages, and keeping every project organized.

Rick designs and builds the websites, apps and systems. He spent ten-plus years in banking and retail sales before building software, then built the technology behind a West Michigan real estate brokerage, his family's business: the public website, iPhone apps, phone and texting systems, a client CRM, dashboards, document e-signing, scheduling and automation.

What owners ask us first.
Do I really own it?
Yes. The code, the domain, the accounts and the data are in your name. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
What if I cancel?
Cancel the Care Plan any time with 30 days' notice and keep everything. Nothing gets switched off and nothing is held back.
Do you work in Spanish?
Sí. We work in English and Spanish: the conversations, the written quote, and the website itself. Dani is bilingual and leads client communication.
Do you only work with small businesses?
Small businesses are who we built this for: contractors, landscapers, salons, restaurants, shops and family businesses. Larger businesses are welcome too.
Can you work with my current website or tools?
Yes. We start with what you already have. Some tools are worth keeping and we connect to them; others we can replace when you are ready. The written quote spells out which is which.
How long does a website take?
It depends on your content and what you need. We give you a timeline in the written quote, before any work starts.
